William Buchalter

In his role as Managing Principal with Capital Growth Buchalter and its affiliates, Bill helps solve complex business problems related to capital structure, legal, and operational efficiencies. Prior to joining CGB, Bill served Prudential Securities, Inc. as the Senior Vice President and Division Field Officer in New York, in charge of implementation of the firm’s strategy and objectives west of the Mississippi River. His area of responsibility held client assets totaling more than $120 billion. In addition, he created the firm’s private wealth management division which later helped position the firm for its merger with Wachovia Securities. Bill is a graduate of the University of Alabama where he received bachelor’s degrees in both accounting and finance. Outside the office, Bill serves on the board of directors with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Birmingham and enjoys writing.
