Mr. Bradford is a native of Orlando with established relationships. After graduating from Florida State University, Mr. Bradford entered the commercial real estate industry. During a 30-year career, Mr. Bradford has closed over 1,500 commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Bradford provides services for 1031 tax deferred exchanges, build-to-suits, development feasibility studies as well as building sales, investment sales and leasing institutional portfolios.
