Bill Ayres' prime focus and expertise has been the sale and/or acquisition of land for developer clients. His underlying philosophy is to provide exceptional service to the client while providing valuable knowledge as their "eyes and ears" in the Sacramento marketplace. As a result, Bill has been involved in assisting with all aspects of his client's real estate transactions (i.e., researching comparables, selecting real estate consultants, processing for zoning, informing lenders, assisting appraisers, etc.). Bill has been involved in virtually every type of land transaction in every submarket of the Greater Sacramento area, although his primary focus continues to remain the sale of residential, conventional and subsidized multi-housing, senior housing and commercial properties to developers.
