Will Ponder

Will is responsible for strategy and execution of the firm’s leasing operations across the portfolio, he also has regional responsibility for asset management. He joined Asana Partners in 2018 and serves on the Executive Committee and Investment Committee. Will has 20 years of commercial real estate and private equity experience in asset management, leasing, operations, acquisitions, dispositions, development, redevelopment, capital markets, ESG, and organizational development. Prior to joining Asana Partners, Will was Vice President of Acquisitions at Phillips Edison & Company; Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Adamant Energy, a real estate focused sustainability solutions provider; and Vice President of Investments at EDENS, a privately held REIT. Will is past Chairman of the Board of Directors for Carolina Children’s Home. He earned a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Real Estate from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, and he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wofford College where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
