Will Milligan

Will Milligan is a Managing Director for Brookline and responsible for underwriting, due diligence, financing and operations. Prior to Brookline, Mr. Milligan was an Associate at MIG Real Estate responsible for underwriting, due diligence and market research as the company acquired nearly $500M across Office, Retail, Multifamily and Hospitality investments. During his tenure at MIG, Mr. Milligan also spent time with asset/portfolio level analysis and reporting. Mr. Milligan began his career in real estate with the Irvine Company’s Office Properties group. During his tenure with the Irvine Company, he worked as an analyst in the operations division and as an accountant. Mr. Milligan received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance. He also holds a California Salesperson License and is an alumnus of the NAIOP Young Professionals Group.
