Will Menkes

As Managing Director, Co-Head of Investments, Will’s responsibilities focus on the company’s business development efforts for identifying and evaluating acquisition and development opportunities, placement of debt and equity, and analysis of new investment strategies and geographies. Prior to joining Holder, Will worked as a Vice President in the acquisitions department at GTIS Partners, a New York-based Real Estate Private equity firm with +/- $5.0 BN in equity under management. Will began his career in the investment banking division of Barclays Capital, focused on real estate advisory and capital raising activity. Will is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics. Will is an active member of ULI and NAIOP, and was selected into ULI Atlanta’s Center for Leadership Class of 2018.
