Will Lightfoot, CCIM

Will Lightfoot, CCIM is First Vice President at CBRE and leads Oklahoma's Net Lease Properties. He focuses exclusively on the sale of single tenant net lease properties throughout the United States. Mr. Lightfoot assists developers, corporate users, REITs, institutions, and 1031 exchange buyers in the acquisition, disposition, and sale-leaseback structuring of net lease properties.

Mr. Lightfoot was formerly the Director of Net Lease Sales for Canopy Commercial, a boutique investment sales firm founded in 2009 before Canopy was acquired by CBRE|Oklahoma in 2011. With CBRE, Mr. Lightfoot's career sales volume exceeds $300M. In 2016, Mr. Lightfoot was appointed by Oklahoma Governor Mary Fallin to serve as a board member for the Oklahoma Partnership for School Readiness. Mr. Lightfoot has been recognized as OKC Business 40 Under 40.
