Will Killgore

Will has significant experience in the real estate industry including development, acquisitions, debt and equity placement, leasing, and asset management. He has been involved in projects in excess of $750 million including multifamily, industrial, office, and mixed use product types. At Mesa, Will is responsible for identifying new investment opportunities, managing the closing process, due diligence, and arranging debt financing.

Will has held positions with Cushman & Wakefield, the RADCO Companies, and spent the majority of his career as a development manager for Opus South Corporation in Atlanta, GA. While at Opus, he was involved in all activities related to new development of various product types throughout the Southeast, including site identification, entitlements, ground-up development, build to suit opportunities, asset management, and leasing. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University and Bachelor of Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
