Will Harrison

Will Harrison is AVP, Senior Financial Analyst at LRC Properties.

Will is responsible for underwriting potential acquisitions and current assets under management.

Prior to joining LRC, will worked for Boxwood Means, a real estate research and consulting firm, providing underwriting on small cap loans for financial institutions including Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Webster Bank. during his time at Boxwood, he underwrote in excess of 100 loans with an aggregate value of over $500m. Prior to that, will worked for the Weitzman Group, a real estate consulting firm located in NYC. while at Weitzman will executed marketability and feasibility studies, and analyzed portfolio acquisitions for institutional investors including industrial, office, residential, and mixed-use projects. Weitzman clients included JP Morgan, UBS, Invesco, and National Electricians Benefit Fund among other institutional investors and publicly traded real estate developers.

Will is a graduate of the University of Hartford with a BA in english.
