Bio

Mr. Connors is a senior managing director and co-head of the Silicon Valley office off JLL Capital Markets, Americas. Working out of JLL's Silicon Valley headquarters in Menlo Park, Mr. Connors utilizes over 17 years of commercial real estate transaction experience to focus on San Francisco Peninsula and Silicon Valley opportunities. Working out of JLL's Silicon Valley headquarters in Menlo Park, Mr. Connors utilizes over 17 years of commercial real estate transaction experience to focus on San Francisco Peninsula and Silicon Valley opportunities. Since joining JLL in 2013 from Newmark Knight Frank Cornish & Carey, Mr. Connors has completed over $2.0 billion in Silicon Valley transactions.

 

Prior to becoming a CalBRE licensed Broker, Mr. Connors held positions with RREEF, Lowe Enterprises, and Equity Office where he sourced or divested in excess of $2 billion in office and industrial assets and contributed to the acquisition of an additional $4 billion of office, industrial and retail properties. At Equity Office, Mr. Connors was responsible for executing acquisitions and dispositions nationally for a 60 million square foot portfolio comprised of Trizec, Carr America and Equity Office assets. Additionally, he provided asset management and strategic direction for 17 million square feet in Northern California and the Central Market.
