William Casaday

Will Casaday spent the beginning of his real estate career with North American Properties, a national retail and multifamily developer. Will has developed over $200 million in ground-up, Class A multifamily product, in addition to extensive experience with a $600 million high-density mixed use project. Will has experience in every aspect of multifamily development, from preliminary due diligence and design, all the way through lease-up and disposition. Will also led efforts in conceptualizing and bringing to fruition the first two all-fiber optic, Gigabit communities in the Southeastern United States. Prior to joining NAP, will worked for Turner Construction, managing the construction of complex education/institutional product. Will holds a degree in Architecture from Georgia Institute of Technology with a certification in Construction and concentration in Multifamily Housing.
