In his current role Will works as a financial analyst supporting the Investment Sales team. His responsibilities include market research and valuation required to underwrite transactions. He also is involved in the preparation of marketing materials and helps facilitate due diligence work necessary for closing. Will comes to Colliers International from Regions Bank. Following graduation from Sewanee Will joined Region's Management Associate program in the Summer of 2016. While at Regions, he underwrote and serviced debt transactions for Commercial and Industrial customers with annual revenues between $5-250 million. Will spent time working in both the Mobile and Birmingham commercial banking offices.
