William Blucher joined Newmark in 2019 and currently serves as a managing director in the company's Sacramento office. Will focuses on representing investors in the disposition and acquisition of multifamily properties throughout Northern California, with a focus on the Greater Sacramento area.

Will began his career in multifamily investment sales in 2006 at what is now NAI Northern California, representing private capital investors throughout the East Bay. In 2010, Will joined the Sacramento Investment Properties Multifamily team at CBRE. Since then, Will has been involved in the sale of nearly $1 billion of multifamily properties, including several of the Sacramento region's most significant transactions.

Born and raised in Sacramento, Will provides his clients with unmatched market intelligence and an unrelenting commitment to client success.

Education

Will graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in legal studies.
