Will Agee

Will Agee is a Director of Development at New City. Since joining the company in 2020, he has supported each of the company’s projects in various capacities during the development process, and recently, he has been focused on the successful execution of the Fourth Ward development in Atlanta. Before joining New City, Will worked in the asset management group at Jamestown, where he helped execute asset-level strategy and performance for over $1.1 billion of office, retail, and multifamily assets totaling over 2.1 million square feet. Prior to that, Will worked at Realty Trust Group, a healthcare real estate consulting firm, where he provided asset management support for Northside Hospital’s real estate portfolio. Will earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia. He and his family currently reside in Atlanta, GA.
