Wesley Geys

Wesley Geys is Vice President for Jefferson Apartment Group and leads the development efforts for the state of Florida. Based in Orlando, Wesley is responsible for acquiring sites throughout the state for new ground up projects including garden style, mid-rise and high-rise products. Prior to joining JAG, Wesley served as Director of Development for Tavistock Development Company where he oversaw the development of a 2,900-unit luxury Class A pipeline in Lake Nona and various markets throughout the state of Florida. Earlier, Wesley held Development Director roles in Miami with Greystone & Co, a national developer headquartered in New York City and Landmark Development Corp, a Miami based firm with developments throughout South Florida. During this time, Wesley managed the development of 1,200 units. Wesley began his development career working with his father after immigrating from Antwerp, Belgium. For 10 years, Wesley learned and then led the family’s multi-disciplined development business predominantly in Central Florida. Wesley holds a BS in Marketing from Florida State University. He lives with his wife and two rescue pups in Baldwin Park.
