Wes Koontz, Managing Principal of Foretell Capital Partners has been working in the commercial real estate industry for the past 25 years. He brings a holistic and consultative approach to all of his partner relationships. He’s been involved in over $1.4 billion of transactions ranging from Corporate headquarters acquisitions and dispositions in the US, China and the United Kingdom to strategic expansions of retailers across 30 states, along with capital formation and deployment in residential real estate investment strategies. For the past decade, the primary focus has been Net Lease Advisory for a wide array of clients located around the US with a specific focus on the greater Midwest, while helping a small group of trusted partners with all oftheir broader real estate needs. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Bucknell University in 1999 and has been a CCIM since 2005.
