Wes Breeding

Wes Breeding is an Associate Director for CBRE’s Capital Markets Multifamily Group in Houston, TX and is responsible for facilitating the transaction process including marketing and due diligence. With over 9 years of real estate experience, Mr. Breeding has worked as a financial analyst and lead underwriter, as well as a commercial property tax consultant. 

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Breeding worked for The Tanglewood Corporation, The Hanover Company, and Marvin Poer and Company. While at The Hanover Company, he directed the underwriting of $300 million of institutional quality multifamily developments in Boston and Houston, ranging from luxury high-rises to suburban garden style apartments.  At Marvin F. Poer and Company, Mr. Breeding developed and customized financial models to determine the property values of real estate including hotel, retail, office, multi-family and residential properties.
