Wende Marshburn-Smith

She is currently responsible for the daily operations and management of Bell's Fee and Fund apartment communities in the Northeast region and portions of North Carolina. Prior to joining Bell Partners, Mrs. Marshburn-Smith spent 10 years at UDR, a leading public apartment REIT. At UDR, as an Area Director, she was responsible for daily operations of apartment communities mainly in North Carolina markets. Mrs. Marshburn-Smith earned a BA degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
