Bio
Mr. William Bingham is responsible for directing some of JLL's major corporate property disposition and consulting assignments. He has more than 30 years of real estate sales and investments consulting experience.
Mr. Bingham has managed the disposition of more than 9 million square feet of corporate facilities. He recently represented IBM on the sale of a 1+ million SF campus in Westchester County, NY and a 3.1 million SF office and manufacturing complex in Rochester, MN. He represented Pfizer in the disposition of a 2.7 million SF pharmaceutical manufacturing campus in Pearl River, NY. He also recently sold a 90-acre industrial brownfield on the Raritan River in Perth Amboy, NJ.
He has also managed the disposition of sizable corporate land holdings. In Chicago, he represented NRG Energy on the sale of a 70 acre former power plant site. In Littleton, MA he sold a 90-acre site for Cisco Systems that was approved for the development of a 640,000 square foot research campus. He represented General Motors on the sale of a 96-acre site on the Hudson River in Sleepy Hollow, New York. He also represented the Greater New York Councils, Boy Scouts of America on the monetization of a 115-acre scout camp site on Staten Island.
Some of Mr. Bingham's more diverse assignments have included: advisor to Harvard University on the acquisition of a 50+ acre site located immediately adjacent to its Cambridge campus; broker on the sale of a 3,000+ acre master planned community in Maryland.
