Wayne R. Gioioso, Jr. began his real estate career in 1984. In 1987 he founded Mid-Atlantic Properties, Inc., (“MIDAP”) and currently serves as President. Wayne’s wide range of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, management, leasing, acquisitions, construction and development, along with his market knowledge have allowed MIDAP to purchase and develop a substantial portfolio of properties in the Mid-Atlantic region. Wayne’s energy and passion for the business along with his entrepreneurial spirit are the cornerstone of the company’s success. During the course of his 34 year real estate career, Wayne has earned a number of awards and honors including Baltimore Business Journal’s “Top 40 Under 40” and was a finalist for Ernst & Young’s “Real Estate Entrepreneur of the Year”. Wayne is actively involved in the community and is a board member of: Cristo Rey Jesuit High School, Loyola Blakefield High School, Johns Hopkins -External Affairs, Maryland State Fairgrounds, Baltimore County Economic Development Commission, the Towson Urban Partnership, and Loyola University - Board of Sponsors.
