Watson Bryant joined the Cushman & Wakefield Multifamily Advisory Group as an Executive Director in the Charlotte office when C&W acquired Multi Housing Advisors (MHA) in 2016. While at MHA, he was responsible for the firm’s brokerage activities throughout the Carolinas and Virginia. Since 2014, Watson spearheaded the execution of transactions in excess of 50,000 units worth over $4 billion in value. He lives in Raleigh and manages all multifamily brokerage activities in the Triad, Triangle, and Eastern North Carolina regions. Prior to joining MHA, Watson held the position of Associate Vice President in Cassidy Turley’s Office Investment Sales Group. At Cassidy Turley, he sold over 1 million square feet of commercial office space. Watson holds a BBA in Real Estate from the University of Georgia.
