Walter Zaremba

In addition to his responsibilities as Chairman of the Board, Mr. Walter Zaremba’s primary focus is on the company’s program development sector and the growth of build-to-suit, preferred developer, and other retail activities. Mr. Zaremba’s experience runs the full range of construction, development, and management activities throughout the Midwest, Great Lakes, East Coast, and southeast Florida. Since becoming head of the family business, Mr. Zaremba has overseen the construction and development of more than 14 million square feet of retail space, hundreds of freestanding program-developed sites, and 23,000 residential units. Mr. Zaremba is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Urban Land Institute, and the National Association of Realtors.
