Over the last twenty-five years, Walter Smyth has tirelessly worked with a collection of industrial, office, and retail property landlords and tenants. Few, if any industrial specialists have such diversity of experience as does Walter Smyth. He has held sales positions in commercial brokerage, development and construction.
Walter was the CBRE Rookie of the Year in 2002. The Sacramento Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE) recently honored Walter as one of the top 5 Industrial Brokers in Sacramento for 2005.
Walter's scope of experience includes:
Lead broker in the sale of over 100 commercial properties (63 properties up to ±10,000 square feet; 30 properties ±10,000-50,000 square feet; eight properties 50,000-300,000 square feet)
Facilitation of over 35 SBA 504 and 7A loans
Short sale and foreclosure transactions representing sellers and buyers
Consulting with owners, architects and engineers on industrial building design and site layout
