Vivian Fung

Vivian specializes in restaurants and healthcare. She works with both owners and users to provide optimal real estate solutions. In addition, she works with investors in acquisition

and disposition of income producing properties, as well as in seeking 1,031 exchange properties.

Vivian Fung is a first-generation immigrant from Hong Kong, China and is fully bilingual in Chinese and English. Vivian started her full-time career over 15 years ago in commercial real estate research and analysis and has been a commercial real estate sales and leasing agent for over 8 years.

Vivian received her bachelor’s degree from University of Calgary, Canada; she also held a post-graduate diploma from University of Hong Kong. She is currently working to obtain her CCIM designation.
