Vincent has expertise in all facets of commercial real estate including lease negotiation, lease restructuring, acquisitions and dispositions, build-to-suit, site selection, and ground-up development. Vincent’s consultative approach and keen market knowledge allow his clients to make informed real estate decisions.
Vincent and his team are able to deliver CBRE’s full suite of services including, occupier representation, owner representation, supply chain optimization, project management, labor analytics, financial consulting, cost segregation and property management. Since 2005, Vincent and his teammates have leased or sold over 26,000,000 square feet of real estate with an aggregate value in excess of $500,000,000.
