F. Vincent Godin is responsible for identifying and underwriting new acquisitions, financing of the Company’s projects and leasing of the Company’s multi-tenant office portfolio. Prior to joining the Company, Vincent served as Senior Asset Manager with Woolbright Development where he was responsible for overseeing the redevelopment of a portfolio of retail shopping centers. Previously, Vincent worked in consulting for distressed companies and audit of commercial real estate clients with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Boston, MA. Vincent earned his undergraduate degree in Finance and Accounting as well as his Masters in Accounting from Boston College. Vincent is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida and a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Procacci Development Corporation (“PDC”) was founded more than 35 years ago by Philip J. Procacci with his father, Pasquale Procacci. From its inception, PDC specialized in diverse segments of real estate, initially constructing single-family homes, repositioning neighborhood shopping centers, renovating and repurposing buildings for government tenants and ultimately establishing itself as a forward-thinking developer of cutting edge, “Procacci Strong” Class “A” office buildings constructed to withstand up to the 185 mph winds of a Category 5 hurricane and its aftermath with no disruption to tenants’ business operations. PDC is also responsible for developing the first dual-branded Hilton Hotel in its local market housing two Hilton Hotel brands under one roof.
