Bio
Vincent Chiodo joined Arbor in 2014 and is responsible for originating Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, SFR Portfolios, CMBS, Bridge and Mezzanine loans nationwide. He successfully manages and supports transactions through the entire loan process, from initial screening through closing.
Mr. Chiodo is a graduate of The Arbor Select Program (ASP), where he started as Originations Analyst, advanced to Originations Sales Associate, and promoted to Originator in early 2018. He began his real estate career with the Company.
Mr. Chiodo graduated from Marist College with a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration.
