Vince Strake

As a Director of Houston Agency Leasing at Cushman & Wakefield, Vince Strake is responsible for leasing and marketing a 3.86 million-square-foot portfolio of Class-A office properties throughout Houston, Texas on behalf of numerous institutional owners. Vince brings over 8 years of commercial real estate experience to Cushman & Wakefield and throughout his career has successfully completed over 315 leasing transactions totaling 2.86 million square feet on behalf of his clients. Most recently, Strake was awarded the 2020 CoStar "Power Broker" Award honoring the top office leasing brokers in Houston, Texas.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Strake was a Director of Leasing at Colvill Office Properties, which was acquired by Cushman & Wakefield in 2020. During his 4 years at Colvill, Strake completed over 145 Class-A office leasing transactions in multiple Houston submarkets totaling 1.23 million square feet. Prior to Colvill Office Properties, he served as an Associate at Transwestern and was responsible for leasing a 3 million square foot portfolio of office/flex space on behalf of multiple institutional owners. Within his 4 years at Transwestern, Vince completed over 120 transactions totaling approximately 700,000 square feet in over 50 buildings. In addition, he was elected by Transwestern executives to represent its corporate headquarters on its Emerging Leaders Council consisting of 20 individuals nationwide. He was also a founding board member of Transwestern Young Professionals (TYP) Group on a national level.

Vince's current clients include: DWS, Enterprise, Hines, Lionstone Investments, Midway Companies, PatrinelyGroup, Shorenstein Properties, USAA, and WEDGE Commercial.
