Viet joined Rubenstein Partners in 2019. He is responsible for assisting the firm’s investment and asset management activities.

Prior to Rubenstein Partners, he worked at Extell Development and Perkins Eastman in New York. He graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Architecture and received his MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Rubenstein Partners is a Registered Investment Advisor and Fund Manager for a series of private equity funds focused on office investments throughout the United States. The firm is vertically-integrated and provides first-class investment services on behalf of its investor base, which consists of some of the nation’s preeminent public and private pension funds, university endowments and family offices.  The firm, including its predecessor company, has a 50+ year history as a vertically-integrated owner and operator, with the office asset class serving as our exclusive investment focus over the last 20 years. This narrow investment mandate affords us the luxury of dedicating our energy, resources and expertise into constantly honing and refining an extremely specialized skill set catered to the office sector.  True to our roots as a real estate operator, our firm’s core competency remains our real estate expertise.  Our management team possesses an extensive real estate background across a variety of disciplines, including transactions, redevelopment and construction, property management, operations and engineering, leasing and asset management.
