Victoria Marks

Victoria Marks is an associate with Cushman & Wakefield's Student Housing Capital Markets team, focusing on private client business throughout the Southeast U.S.

Victoria has been in the commercial real estate industry since 2010 and brings experience working with student housing assets across the country, ranging from institutional-grade, Class A properties in tier-one markets to smaller, value-add properties in tertiary markets.

She originally joined Cushman & Wakefield's Student Housing team as a Senior Financial Analyst and transitioned to brokerage in in 2019. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Victoria served as a financial analyst for Colliers International, where she played a key role in growing the firm's national student housing platform and worked alongside some of the firm's top producers.

Based in Tampa, Florida, Cushman & Wakefield's Student Housing Capital Markets Team provides advisory services, investment sales and debt & equity placement in domestic and international student housing markets. The team's full-service capabilities include asset acquisition and disposition, site-selection and pre-development services, portfolio analysis and consultation, valuation services, capital stack and JV structures and foreign capital advisory.
