Victor Padilla

Victor is a longtime New Yorker with more than 20 years of commercial real estate finance experience, including more than a decade as part of Ridgewood's commercial lending team. He works closely with local brokers, owners, property managers and cooperatives to originate commercial mortgages for a wide range of property types, including multi-family, mixed-use, office and retail. A respected local mortgage executive, Victor holds a degree in management and real estate and serves on the board of the Metropolitan Mortgage Officers Society (MMOS).
