Victor H Nieves

VICTOR H. NIEVES is Vice President of Construction and Development at Fifteen Group, where he focuses on development, design and construction management. Prior to joining Fifteen Group, Victor served as Project Manager for Amicon Management. His position prior to that was as Design & Construction Manager for Crescent Heights. Previous positions also included roles as Project Manager at Codina Partners and Flagler Development. In these roles Victor managed third-party consultants during the planning, preconstruction and construction phases on projects ranging from mixed-use, multifamily residential, and master-planned community. Previously, Victor worked as a Development Assistant at Rilea Group and in architecture for Revuelta Vega Leon and Forbes Architects. Victor received his Master’s Degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver, his Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from the University of Miami and his LEED AP certification from the USGBC.
