Vicki A Salvesen

Vicki A. Salvesen joined the Longpoint Property Group accounting team in 2018. She is a commercial real estate professional with experience in day-to-day operations and tenant relations as well as full cycle accounting, specializing in general ledger, CAM reconciliations, and lease administration for multi-building properties. Prior to joining Longpoint, Ms. Salvesen spent almost six years with Colliers International South Florida as a member of Real Estate Management Services for properties within the Miami-Dade portfolio. She managed the day-to-day operations related to financial management for industrial properties with 1,850,000 square feet and over 300 tenants. Prior to commercial real estate, she worked 25 years for a large national corporation responsible for the day-to-day accounting. During the last 15 years of her tenure and in addition to her accounting responsibilities, she oversaw Florida payroll of approximately 1,000 employees.
