Bio
Vic is a Senior Vice President of Construction for Kairoi Development with an extensive background in development, construction, and project management. Over his last 22 years of experience, Vic has held various construction and development positions for American Campus Communities, Hanover, and JPI. Throughout this time as a developer, he has directly managed or overseen the construction of more than 12,000 units totaling $2 billion in value.
Vic earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Louisiana Monroe. When he’s not working on new projects, he likes working on his property, hunting, fishing, and playing the drums.
