Vic Clark

Vic Clark is a Senior Managing Director and the National Head of Production for LUMENT. In his role, Vic manages a team of 70 originators nationwide responsible for over $10.0 billion in annual production. Deals range from $750,000 to hundreds of millions, including agency, balance sheet, construction, mezzanine, and equity structures.

With 29 years of experience in real estate finance, Vic has personally produced more than $13.0 billion in loan originations and closed over 900 transactions. He is also a partner and owner of multifamily housing units around the country and has been involved in the financing, leasing, and management of retail, office, and hotel properties.

Vic understands his client’s needs not only due to his extensive real estate finance background, but because he has lived the borrower perspective first-hand. Both as a loan originator and as a production head, he seeks to partner with clients to help them achieve their business goals over time. Vic is skilled in building long-term relationships that benefit all parties to each transaction.
