Bio
Évianne Netherwood-Schwesig joined CBRE in 2016 and currently works as a Financial Analyst with CBRE's Multifamily Investment Sales team. In this role she is responsible for financial modeling, the preparation of marketing materials, and financial due diligence during the marketing process. Évianne previously worked as a Senior Research Analyst, focusing on thought leadership studies and special client projects, in addition to regular reporting and analysis of market trends.
Prior to joining CBRE, Évianne was a Research Analyst with Cushman & Wakefield, responsible for statistical analysis in Massachusetts, Connecticut and New Hampshire.
