Verna Hollnagel

Verna joined Midland Atlantic Properties in November 2020 as Property Manager for the Cincinnati office. She comes with over 20 years of experience in property and facility management, including office, medical and retail portfolios. She has used her experience and progressive growth to develop and implement cost savings and lifecycle programs while maintaining attuned communication with clients, staff, and third-party service providers. As the Property Manager, Verna is responsible for tenant relations and retention, financial management to budgets, facility management and overseeing all operations of her portfolio. In her spare time, Verna enjoys running with her running group, gardening, and traveling. She is also a devoted volunteer with the SPCA of Cincinnati.
