During Tyson’s 24 year tenure as Partner and Associate Designated Broker
of Commercial Properties Inc., he has repeatedly been recognized as a
top producing broker in the Valley. He is the driving force behind a highly
successful division of Commercial Properties Incorporated.
Tyson’s team consisting of Shane McCormick, Theresa Warber, Ryan Lambeth
and Gina Beccaria have helped Tyson stay focused on achieving success
and staying motivated. Noting the importance of teamwork, Tyson remarked,
“I believe that if you want to be successful, you need to surround yourself with
highly motivated and performing team members. I have been so fortunate to be surrounded by some of
the best team members, which has accelerated my growth and potential.”
He graduated from Arizona State University and began his commercial real estate career in marketing; a
career choice that led him to then become a sales agent, broker and eventually an Associate Designated
Broker of Commercial Properties Incorporated. His leadership has proven to be invaluable to CPI, while
his dedication, hard work and commitment to excellence continues to strengthen the company and
most importantly, his clients.

Tyson is a 5th generation Arizona native. He lives in Gilbert with his wife and their 4 children.
