Bio
Mr. Rhoades serves as manager on Big Sky’s acquisitions team focused on capital deployment as well as being involved in various investment and portfolio management activities.
Prior to joining Big Sky, Mr. Rhoades was director of acquisitions for a medical real estate firm where he sourced and oversaw the direct acquisition of over $750 million of medical outpatient buildings and healthcare facilities. Before that he was an acquisitions associate for a regional healthcare real estate investor based in the Southeast.
Mr. Rhoades received his BS in Biochemistry from the University of Oklahoma and his MSRE from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
