Tyler Reed, Executive Managing Director, joined Stream in 2017 and provides overall leadership and strategic growth for the Colorado market. Tyler’s primary responsibilities include leasing, sales, acquisitions, property management, and development services. In addition, he is responsible for growing Stream’s presence in Colorado and building the most talented team in the market.

Over his career, Tyler has participated in over $1 billion of transactions, and has been recognized numerous times by NAIOP and Denver Commercial Association of Realtors as an annual top producer in the market. Prior to joining Stream, Tyler served as an industrial expert at JLL.

Tyler is a founding member of the Denver Pickle, which a non-profit group that raises money annually for pediatric mental health. He is also a proud annual sponsor of ForeBatten, which is a non-profit that raises money to find a cure for a rare, terminal disorder called Batten Disease that impacts young children.
