Professional Expertise Tyler Murdaca joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2017 as a Director of Retail Services to assist in the establishment of the company’s retail platform in the Central Valley. After graduating from University of the Pacific in 2015, Tyler began her career in Commercial Real Estate with an internship at Northgate Commercial Real Estate. In 2016 she gained her Real Estate License and focused primarily on Retail Leasing while at Northgate Commercial. Currently Tyler’s primary expertise include, Tenant Representation, Retail Leasing, and Investment Sales. Tyler works closely with Nicole Key, and together they successfully handle all Leasing and Sales aspects for over 25 properties located throughout the Central Valley. They are also responsible for the strategic planning and site selection process for several national retailers.
