Tyler Marshall is the Associate Vice President & Associate Director at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, specializing in the disposition and acquisition of multifamily and office properties. Bringing over 10 years of experience, Tyler proves comprehensive market knowledge and a deep-seated understanding of economic trends, which he leverages to position clients accordingly.
Tyler has extensive experience in the industry, which can be seen by his achievement of $1 billion in transactional volume. Prior to joining Matthews ™, Tyler served as the Vice President of Investment Sales for Avison Young. Previously, he was also the Director of Spire Realty, where he handled the company’s oversight in Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, and Fort Worth portfolios. Marshall has also earned the Honor of Eagle Scout.
