Tyler Hogan is a Director of Investment Sales based in Berkadia’s Chattanooga, TN office. With a strong background in capital markets, acquisitions, and multifamily development throughout the Southeast, Tyler specializes in multi-family brokerage across Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama. He offers comprehensive advisory services in asset acquisition and development, capital market solutions, strategic ownership decisions, market insight and positioning, property value analysis, and disposition brokerage, providing support to clients at every stage of ownership.

Prior to joining Berkadia, Tyler led Capstone’s Atlanta Investment Sales team. Throughout his career, he has been directly involved in representing over $1 billion in aggregate sales volume. Prior to focusing on Investment Sales, Tyler served as the Director of US Investor Relations for Westplan Investors, a Dutch multi-family development firm. In this role, he was responsible for raising equity for new development projects and maintaining the firm’s US investor base.

Tyler earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Kennesaw State University and completed his graduate studies at the University of Georgia.
