Tyler Hardy is a Director of Industrial Investments at GID, and is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting and execution of industrial investments for the West Coast and the Upper Midwest industrial markets. Tyler has 18 years of commercial and industrial real estate experience in both brokerage and investment. Prior to joining GID, Tyler was Vice President of Industrial Investment at Colony Capital Inc., where he was responsible for Southern California and West Coast markets. Tyler also served as Director of Industrial Acquisitions at Next Realty Inc. and led a $150 Million investment fund focusing on light industrial and last mile industrial properties.
Tyler holds Bachelors of Science in Marketing and Decision Sciences from Miami University in Oxford, OH.
