Bio
Tyler Darden brings nearly 10 years of commercial real estate experience to his position of Vice President of Industrial Investments at Diamond Realty. His responsibilities include sourcing, underwriting, financing, and executing industrial opportunities, as well as supporting Asset Management with leasing and sales. Prior to joining Diamond Realty, Tyler was at MetLife where he focused on underwriting new loan opportunities and the loan management of MetLife’s Texas portfolio. Prior to MetLife, Tyler held positions at Prudential and JLL in Dallas. Tyler received a B.A. in Government from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration with concentrations in Real Estate and Finance from Southern Methodist University. He also holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member® (CCIM) designation. Tyler is active in NAIOP and is part of Developing Leaders Forum XIX.
