Born and raised in Fairfax County, Virginia, Tyler brings a local lens to his work in tenant and landlord representation for the office and industrial sectors. In his role, he generates leasing leads, identifies promising land acquisitions, and conducts market research. Hired on after completing a KLNB summer internship, Tyler brings dynamic energy to the team—consistently analyzing new market trends, finding opportunities to collaborate with his peers, and proactively supporting clients through every stage of their real estate transactions.

Prior to joining KLNB, Tyler learned the ropes working for an industrial property management company in Northern Virginia. He graduated from James Madison University with a major in Economics and a minor in Political Science.
