Tyler Bennett founded Bennett Realty & Development and serves as CEO of the firm. He has been in the real estate industry for fifteen years, during which time he has amassed significant knowledge of markets throughout the East Coast. Tyler’s vision was to create a unique fully-integrated boutique real estate firm that focuses on both brokerage and development. His vision was born from his entrepreneur beliefs and core values of a hands-on and precision-driven approach. Tyler has completed hundreds of transactions through his career in the leasing, sales, and development space. This includes several hundred multi-family units as well as, transactions with; McDonald’s, Wendy’s, TD Bank, Walgreens, Kay Jewelers, Miller’s Ale House, and Chipotle Mexican Grill. Landlords include; Triple Five Group, Brookfield Properties, Kimco Realty, and Westfield. This diverse perspective has earned him an impeccable reputation as a skilled deal maker and a relentless professional. His rare insight delivers an unmatched intuitive approach to the transaction. Tyler Bennett achieved a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Montclair State University. He is a licensed real estate broker in New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and New York, and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He resides in New Jersey with his wife and two children. In his spare time, he enjoys participating in ultra-endurance races including running and hiking.
