Troy is a Real Estate Manager at Capital Growth Buchalter, where he performs site selection in New York and Pennsylvania for Dollar General new store development and relocations. Troy manages the process from start to finish from identifying property, acting as the liaison between seller and principal, building municipal relationships, assisting with obtaining entitlements, contract negotiations, and more. It is a multi-faceted process that takes strong business acumen and dealing eloquently with diverse personalities. Troy’s passion for people and constant desire to self-educate and learn has provided him a unique foundation for growth and success. Troy’s simultaneous experience in development and brokerage has afforded him the opportunity to create lasting local relationships which streamlines communication for efficient deal-making. He brokered the 2nd largest distribution center site in the world for Amazon and has been awarded salesperson of the month on multiple occasions at his brokerage. Troy enjoys reading self-help and business books, exercising daily, cooking Italian cuisine and traveling to Europe. He currently resides with his wife in Syracuse, NY where he was born and raised.
