Profile
Trip Hoffman serves as a Senior Director of the Leasing Services Group of the Stamford, Connecticut office of Cushman & Wakefield.
He has 28 years of real estate experience, specializing in office and industrial leasing and sales. During his career, Mr. Hoffman has been responsible for sales and leasing transactions totaling more than 4.5 million square feet.
His clients have included: Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, Commonfund, XL America, Abitibi-Consolidated, Procter & Gamble, Clairol, First Brands, Benenson Capital, Boehringer-Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc., AXA Investment Managers, and multiple transactions on behalf of several companies owned by Welsh Carson Anderson & Stowe. Most recently, Mr. Hoffman was responsible for the sale of the 700,000-square-foot Clairol headquarters located on 33 acres in Stamford, CT.
Prior to entering the commercial real estate field in 1984, Mr. Hoffman spent one year working for Bristol-Myers Squibb Company in its sales training program in marketing and sales of consumer products.
Mr. Hoffman served on the Board of Directors of the George Washington Carver Center in Norwalk, CT and The Darien Rowayton Bank. A graduate of the University of Richmond, he earned his B.A. in economics.
