Tricia Pitchford joined Mid-America Real Estate-Minnesota, LLC in 2015, she is Principal and Senior Vice President of Leasing. Tricia collaborates with owners, developers, and retailers to provide leasing, strategic planning, and market research. Tricia’s existing clients include Heitman, Invesco, United Properties, Launch Properties and Greystar.
Tricia started her career in commercial real estate in 1996 with Griffin Companies, a commercial real estate brokerage firm in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Prior to joining Mid-America, she was at Cushman & Wakefield for 14 years. While there she worked on a variety of listings for clients such as Heitman, Invesco, M&J Wilkow, RPD Catalyst, LaSalle Investment, Opus Northwest, Bentall Kennedy, Cornerstore Advisors, United Properties, and Kimco. She also represented retailers such as Caribou Coffee, Kirklands, Michaels, Gordmans, Fed Ex Office and Aldi.
